F.A.Q.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are dispatched within 5 days of being placed, however many items are often available
for immediate dispatch. If the order is needed quickly, we reccomend calling 01706 829955 to make sure that the desired item is available to be sent.
When do you take payment?
Payment is now processed as soon as your order has been received, however if the desired item is
out of stock, payment should not be processed and an E-mail will be sent to give you alternate options.
Can I send them back?
Yes, you can return your order within 7 days for either an exchange for a different size, colour or style, or even just a full refun so long as the items are in an unused condition (Sale items cannot be exchanged). If the order is returned outside of the 7 day time slot then we will be unable to refund. Just an exchange or credit and postage will not be refunded. (Please note that the boxes arep art of your order and should not be written on.
What do I have to pay for when exchanging?
Items returned for an exchange will only be subject to a reshipping fee of £6.95 however orders which were not applicable for free delivery wil not be charged a second postage fee provided they are returned within the 7 day time slot.
Can you deliver to a different address or to a friend or as a gift?
Yes, this service is available to deliver to a different address from that of the card holder, just tick the box that says "Deliver to a different address" when ordering online, or if ordering by phone, explain to us that way.
Can I order online, and then go on to pick my order up in the shop?
Yes, simply complete your order as usualy and contact us telling us what you would like to do. We do now ask for a deposit of 50% to be paid on items that are brought in from our warehouse for the customer.
What materials are you shoes and boots made from?
Most shoes and boots are made from man-made materials, it will be stated otherwise if they are not.
I don't like giving out credit card details online, can I phone my order through?
Yes, of course, please feel free to contact our sales team on 01706 829955, they will also deal with any questions or other concerns you might have.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are sent via Parcelforce. Once you order has been sent out an E-mail will be sent from Parcelforce with tracking details so the delivery can be tracked online. Some smaller items, and free postage exchanges are sent with Royal Mail. A signature wil be required on delivery and all orders are discretely packaged.
I want my order straight away! How soon can you send it?

Sizing
What size do i need?
If you haven't ordered from us previously then you may not know that most people need to go up by one shoe size in high heels than in regular trainers or shoes. A broader foot often needs to go up by 2 sizes to ensure a comfortable fit. If you do, however order the wrong size or they turn up too small then you can, of course return them. Please, come along to our showroom and try on a pair before ordering to ensure you do get the correct size.
Why are there two sizes on my shoes or boots?
We understand this can be confusing, and the answer is one is a UK size and the other is a USA size. The conversion is, in ladies shoes/boots that a USA size is 2 up from a UK size, however they are the same in unisex shoes.
I'm usualy a size 5 - Would a size 6 be too big?
We doubt it would be too big, it would probably fit right one size up, however a lot of people keep the same size in open toe shoes or sandals because there is more room.
Can I order two pairs and send one back?
Yes, of cours, this is often a good option if you feel you don't have the time to send one pair back after thier arrival, and if one of the pairs doesn't fit when they arrive you can return them
